As an optional tax benefit to employees, CHC offers a Flexible Spending Account for un-reimbursed medical expenses and/or dependent care expenses. Employees may enroll during the first 30 days of employment, or during the month of December for the following calendar year.​ Plan criteria are determined by the IRS and are subject to change annually.
