Values committees
Communications Committee
The Communications Chair is responsible for having a good working knowledge of social networking and social networking protocols, a marketing focus, appropriate outreach to the community, and website management on both internet and intranet sites. The Chair will also have a working knowledge of creating eNewsletters and other forms of electronic communication both internally and externally.
The Communications Committee members are responsible for developing, updating, and monitoring CHC’s communications policies and recommending new ways for CHC to communicate with staff and other interested parties through alternative media. Members are responsible for assisting the Chair in coordinating community events such as “Family Fun Day”. Members will attend at least one (1) public event where CHC is represented. Committee members will work with other Values committees to provide timely and relevant information to CHC employees. Members will work with the Chair to establish an effective communications strategy and information sharing process for CHC employees.
Meetings: The Communications Committee will hold at least one meeting per quarter determined by the Chair of the committee. Two (2) Committee members will constitute a quorum for the Committee meeting.
beautification committee
The Beautification Chair is responsible for implementing methods and concepts to improve the general appearance and ambiance of all CHC properties/locations.
The Beautification Committee members are responsible for making recommendations to the general appearance of CHC properties/locations. The Committee will plan, design, and purchase the items needed for maintaining the exterior and interior of CHC properties/locations.
Meetings: The Beautification Committee will hold at least one meeting per quarter determined by the Chair of the committee. Two (2) Committee members will constitute a quorum for the Committee meeting.
Hiring & onboarding committee
The Hiring & Onboarding Chair is responsible for developing the onboarding process.
The Hiring & Onboarding Committee members are responsible for the consistency in the hiring and onboarding process and maintaining the standards agreed upon by the committee members.
Meetings: The Hiring & Onboarding Committee will hold at least one meeting per quarter determined by the Chair of the committee. Two (2) Committee members will constitute a quorum for the Committee meeting.
rewards & recognition committee
The Rewards & Recognition Committee Chair is responsible for implementing incentive criteria by which employees are eligible, evaluated, then recognized or rewarded.
The Rewards & Recognition Committee members are responsible for determining program criteria, monitoring results, solicit feedback, and adjust the program as needed. The members will communicate the program to all CFMC employees.
Meetings: The Rewards & Recognition Committee will hold at least one meeting per quarter determined by the Chair of the committee. Two (2) Committee members will constitute a quorum for the Committee meeting.
purpose & wellness committee
The Purpose & Wellness Committee Chair is responsible for implementing the program as well as establishing motivation, continuity, and broad ownership of the program.
The Purpose & Wellness Committee members are responsible for promoting a culture of physical, psychological, and emotional well-being for our employees by providing activities and support that will result in healthier lifestyles. The members will increase awareness of physical and mental well-being, inspire and empower CHC staff to take responsibility for their own health, encourage CHC staff to make healthier lifestyle choices, and create a sense of community through the use of wellness resources.
Meetings: The Purpose & Wellness Committee will hold at least one meeting per quarter determined by the Chair of the committee. Two (2) Committee members will constitute a quorum for the Committee meeting.
