The CHC Help Desk Ticketing System allows the CHC IT team to track tickets, keep you updated on the progress of each request, and make sure the IT Department doesn't miss out on helping you. This includes anything IT-related, like a printer, scanner, eCW, email, or something else that may have worked but has stopped working correctly.
