Early Head Start Recognizes Gloria Shaw

Valentine's Day, 2019 is a day Gloria Shaw will never forget. She was called up to the front desk with the thought that she was going to talk about or receive records. To her surprise, Shirlene McLaughlin of Early Head Start had dropped by to show her gratitude on behalf of the Telamon Corporation.

Shirlene brought Gloria beautiful tulips, tasty cupcakes, cookies, and a red balloon, along with a huge thank you for all she's done.

Shirlene said that Gloria has been the "best medical records clerk they have worked with", and recognized her for her hard work and dedication.

Gloria states that "my philosophy is that ever fax that comes in, I treat it as a family member and get it done as quickly as possible." She added that "They're really great to work with. They always send me exactly what I need with no guessing about what it is they want. It really just surprised me that someone recognizes the effort that you're putting forth. I appreciate them as much as they appreciate me."

Congratulations, Gloria on a job well done. This goes to show the impact hard work and dedication has on not only our patients, but our partners and stakeholders as well.
